Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DynamicCRM collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have over your personal data.

1.Introduction

DynamicCRM (“DynamicCRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides construction customer-relationship and project-management software. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our applications and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

Information you provide

  • Account & profile data — name, work email, phone number, company, job title and password when you register or are invited to a workspace.
  • Customer content — the data you enter into DynamicCRM, such as contacts, leads, projects, estimates, documents, schedules and service records.
  • Communications — messages you send to our sales or support teams, including the contents of demo requests and support tickets.
  • Billing details — company billing information processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, actions taken and timestamps.
  • Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers and referring URLs.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — as described in the Cookies section below.

3.How we use your information

We use personal information to operate, secure and improve the Services, including to:

  • Provide, maintain and personalize the Services and your workspace;
  • Authenticate users and protect against fraud and unauthorized access;
  • Respond to enquiries, process demo requests and provide customer support;
  • Send service, security and administrative messages, and — where permitted — relevant product updates;
  • Analyze usage to understand how the Services are used and to improve them;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4.Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you; your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — vendors who host, process or support the Services under contractual confidentiality and security obligations (for example, cloud hosting, analytics and payment processing).
  • Within your workspace — customer content is accessible to other authorized members of your organization’s workspace according to the permissions you set.
  • Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of DynamicCRM, our users or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6.Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Customer content is handled according to your instructions and our agreement with your organization. 7.Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below or submit a request through our Data Deletion page. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your data lives inside a workspace controlled by your employer or another organization, we may direct your request to that organization as the data controller.

8.Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.International data transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — to protect it in accordance with applicable law.

10.Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality. Where required, we request consent for non-essential cookies.

11.Third-party services and integrations

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools (for example, calendar, email, accounting or social platforms).
