Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data associated with your DynamicCRM account at any time. Here’s exactly how to do it, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How it works

Three steps to erasure

Whether you submit a request in-app or through the form below, the process is the same.

1

Submit your request

Use the in-app option or the deletion request form below. Tell us the email tied to your account so we can locate your data.

2

We verify it’s you

To protect your data, we confirm ownership of the account — usually with a quick email verification before anything is deleted.

3

We delete & confirm

We erase your personal data, then send a confirmation with a reference code so you have a record that the request was completed.

Two ways to request

Choose whichever is easier

Option A — Delete from inside DynamicCRM

The fastest route if you can still sign in.

  • Sign in and open Settings → Account & Privacy
  • Select Delete my account & data
  • Confirm with your password when prompted
  • Receive a confirmation email with your reference code

If you signed up or logged in using a social login (such as Facebook), removing the app from that platform also triggers a deletion request through our callback endpoint. See the Data Deletion Callback page for details.

Option B — Request form

Submit a deletion request

Can’t access your account? Send us a request and we’ll verify your identity by email.

Scope

What gets deleted

When we process a full account deletion, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

  • Your profile details — name, email, phone and job title
  • Authentication data and connected social-login identifiers
  • Personal data you created within your workspace, subject to your organization’s controls
  • Support and communication history tied to your identity
Good to know
  • Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, invoices for tax purposes) or in anonymized form.
  • If your data sits in a workspace owned by your employer, they may be the data controller — we’ll coordinate the request with them.
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.

Questions

Deletion, answered

Once we’ve verified your request, we complete deletion within 30 days. In most cases it’s much faster — we’ll email a confirmation with a reference code when it’s done.

Yes. Choose “Specific personal data only” on the form and describe what you’d like removed. We’ll let you know what we can delete while keeping your account active, if that’s your preference.

If you remove DynamicCRM from your Facebook settings, the platform notifies us through our deletion callback endpoint, and we process the request automatically. You can track the outcome using the code on our Deletion Callback page.

No. We remove your personal data and access. Shared workspace records owned by your organization remain unless your administrator requests their removal, since the organization is the controller of that data.
